Rohde & Schwarz Networks and Cybersecurity GmbH is a leading European manufacturer of network and security solutions for enterprises, the public sector, government agencies, and private-sector customers with specific security and regulatory requirements. The company was formed in the summer of 2026 through the merger of two Rohde & Schwarz subsidiaries: LANCOM Systems and Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity.

Its portfolio includes hardware for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and firewalls; virtual network components; cloud-based software-defined networking (SDN); and solutions for remote and mobile access. It also offers high-speed network encryption and zero-trust-based endpoint security. Many of its products are certified by the BSI for securing data classified as VS-NfD.

Particular emphasis is placed on trustworthiness and security. The company bears the “IT Security Made in Germany” trust mark, initiated by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
