As an R&S®NC Community partner* (formerly LANcommunity) or a customer with an R&S®NC Support (formerly LANcare), you can report technical inquiries and incidents directly to us via portal or by phone. This gives you direct manufacturer support from R&S Networks and Cybersecurity and fast assistance when having technical issues.
* General partner support only applies to LANCOM devices with a delivery date before July 1, 2026. To use support for new R&S®LANCOM devices delivered after July 1, 2026, partners simply need to register a variant of R&S®NC Support for their device.
Service Portal
For LANCOM & R&S®LANCOM products
In the Service Portal, you can contact us directly regarding requests related to UF licenses and the administration of the Advanced VPN Client and the R&S®LANCOM Management Cloud – for example, project migrations or access rights. The portal is also the right place to report hardware defects, ask about registering device options, and submit service requests.

With your my Rohde & Schwarz account, you gain a centralized overview of all your RSCS devices, along with the associated services and offerings. Through the portal, you can access device information, download firmware, software and drivers, create and track support requests, and collaborate directly with the support team.

For support requests from end customers, we always recommend the local R&S®NC Community partner. Depending on the device, our qualified reseller and system house partners have access to manufacturer support, enabling them to provide fast and competent support.
